Redneck Riviera Report Vol. 29-07‏

This will be the last Redneck Riviera Report for awhile cuz I am going to Victoria, TX to help in the construction of a 300 mega watt cogeneration plant. This will help keep the Texas Grid fully powered up. I should return to the Riviera around March or April of next year.

Things have been fast paced here at work so it has taken a little while to get the Texas Rice Festival Redneck Riviera Report out. This was fast paced with us having to prep the dishes on the back of the trucks.

My daughter put a real whooping on them with a little help from dear old Dad bringing in 4 of the 5 first places.

I have already come up with 5 new dishes for next year and will be working on a few more so that we can do a complete sweep of all 5 categories
When Rachael Ray found out that we didn’t win all 5 categories she offered to help with some chocolate dessert ideas.

So we will wait and see what she comes up with. The rest of the folks in the Redneck Riviera Test Kitchen or RRTK for short are all testing recipes as fast as I can write them.

That is all we know at this time.... this is your "WhoDaMan" reporter on the Redneck Riviera bringing you another almost live...with an auto balanced and resized digital color report.
Hawaiian shirts are everyday attire on the Redneck Riviera.
